The Heart of Our Care
Our dedicated care team at Care Compliance NI consists of Jane Bell & Julie McKearney. As registered nurses with over 70 years of combined experience in care compliance, governance and service improvement, we bring deep safeguarding and regulatory expertise to every organisation we support.
Having held senior roles across care home operations and quality assurance, we’re known for turning around services in difficulty and delivering practical, hands‑on solutions. Our approach is rooted in strong oversight, proactive risk management and a commitment to helping providers achieve safe, effective and fully compliant care.
